Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Plant coordination for Forging parts as SPOC for Forging Commodity Hands on experience for inspection of Gears, Shafts and Machined components Well versed with all measuring instruments and method of inspection for Gears, Shafts & Machined components Well versed with New Product Development tools - APQP, VPPAP Should be able to identify FTG (Fixture, Tooling & Gauges) requirement for new development Should be able to calculate SBC and finalise technical sign off as per process flow Should be ableto calculate Capex as per part requirement Ability to generate new ideas for Cost Reduction Good understanding of 7QC tools, MYB, MGB certification will be added advantage Co-ordination with different teams like SQI, SSU, PCM, SCPC. Having good interpersonal Skills Experience 6 to 8 years Qualifications Industry Preferred BE/B.Tech Mech & Automobile General Requirements,
