Site/Location: Plant- Mehsana Department: Finance and Accounts Position/Profile Title: AM/DM -Plant Finance Designation: AM/DM On Roll/Off Roll/Contract: On roll Age Group: 28 to 35 Experience: Less than 10 yrs Essential Qualification: Cost Accountant, Inter CA, CA Essential Area of Expertise: Product costing, BOM, inventory movement, Production MIS; Budget Desired Area of Expertise: Experience in business partnering with Plant Operations team & Supply chain. Inter-functional navigating skills Critical/Special Exposure: ERP specially SAP exposure Manufacturing experience is must. Internal Interface (Designations) Work closely with department heads and their teams External Interface (Suppliers/Govt Bodies/Communities) None Reporting to: Plant Finance controller Reportees (Function and Designation): Officer, executive accounts Purpose of the position: Accounting & Reporting Function Roles and Responsibility: Plant Finance and accounting process including product costing, COGS management Plant Production MIS, yield analysis, critical customer reconciliation and costings Support monthly closing, variance analysis against budget Yearly budgeting activity for COGS and plant overhead Work with Plant team and Procurement team on all the cost line items. Perform Day to Day production MIS and Process order activities Submission of monthly stock statements and other financial reporting data ERP exposure (SAP) Export oriented manufacturing industry, preference from food industry Hands on experience on Excel, Power BI etc.,
