We are looking for a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR strategy and drive organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader with a consulting background and a passion for people, culture, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and HR technology. Use HR analytics to drive data-backed decision-making and optimize processes. Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives to support business growth. Drive change management and organizational development strategies. Oversee HR policies, cultural integration, and digital transformation. Implement HR tech solutions (SAP, Darwinbox, etc.) for streamlined HR operations. Build and mentor a high-performing HR team while fostering a positive workplace culture. Manage HR budgets and spearhead strategic HR projects. Qualifications: MBA in HR from XLRI, IIMs, NMIMS, with a Commerce background. 8-9 years of proven HR leadership experience in a consulting firm. Expertise in HR Operations, Talent Strategy, Cultural Integration, and Digital HR Transformation. Strong understanding of HRMS (SAP, Darwinbox), HR analytics, and social media for HR engagement. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
