Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the companys strategic goals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Migration Lead the end-to-end design and execution of a large-scale, global cloud migration strategy, ensuring smooth transitions of applications, data, and processes to a scalable cloud environment. Develop and oversee the companys cloud infrastructure roadmap, focusing on resilience, cost-effectiveness, and performance optimization. Ensure robust cloud management practices, including performance monitoring, cost optimization, and compliance with global regulatory requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage legacy system decommissioning and transition to cloud-native applications, integrating automation and AI as part of the cloud ecosystem. Identify and implement best-in-class tools and methodologies to maintain cloud uptime and seamless continuity of operations for a distributed, global workforce. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Define and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy focused on endpoint security, data loss prevention (DLP), and cloud security to protect sensitive information and systems against evolving threats. Establish rigorous endpoint security protocols to manage and monitor all devices across the organization, mitigating risks from unauthorized access and ensuring rapid incident response. Deploy and manage data loss prevention (DLP) solutions across cloud, endpoint, and network layers to protect critical data from leakage or unauthorized access. Implement robust cloud security policies and practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Regularly conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and incident response drills to evaluate and enhance cybersecurity posture. Collaborate with risk management and legal teams to address compliance and regulatory concerns, ensuring alignment with evolving cybersecurity legislation. Digital Transformation & Innovation Drive the digital transformation agenda, leveraging modern technologies like AI, machine learning, data analytics, and automation to streamline operations and enhance decision-making across departments. Develop a multi-year digital roadmap focused on increasing operational efficiencies, improving customer experiences, and creating competitive differentiation. Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration to foster a culture of innovation and digital agility across the organization. Implement data-driven initiatives, enabling advanced analytics and real-time insights to support business strategy, operational optimization, and personalized customer engagement. Lead change management efforts to support digital transformation, ensuring organization-wide alignment and effective adoption of new tools and processes. Internal Application Development Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom internal applications that address business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and propose innovative digital solutions. Ensure application development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Data Management and Analytics Develop a data-driven culture by enabling advanced analytics and data management practices. Implement tools and platforms for data analysis, providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across the organization. Budgeting & Resource Allocation:Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing technology ROI. Allocate resources efficiently across IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and talent development. Leadership & Team Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team capable of executing complex projects and adapting to changing technologies. Foster a collaborative environment within the IT department and across business units to achieve common goals. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with other executives and departments to identify and meet technology needs, aligning technology solutions with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA is preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with proven experience as a CIO, CTO, or similar position. Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategies. Proven track record in driving digital transformation and implementing technology solutions that achieve business outcomes.
