We are building a next-gen AI-powered workflow and agent-based tool that redefines how businesses manage features, optimize decision-making, and drive efficiency. We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can not only lead the tech strategy but also invest in the company, playing a key role in shaping our future. Role & Responsibilities - Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI-enabled workflows and autonomous AI agents. - Lead backend development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Drive AI/ML integration to create intelligent, self-optimizing systems. - Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences. - Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and data security. - Build and lead a high-performing engineering team. - Work closely with founders, investors, and stakeholders to scale FeatureFlow.Digital globally. - As an investor, contribute to strategic growth and help drive fundraising initiatives. Who You Are - A seasoned tech leader with experience in AI, ML, LLMs, NLP, and backend architecture. - Proven expertise in building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms. - Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and API-first development. - Experience in AI agent-based systems and intelligent automation. - A founder mindset excited about high-growth, hands-on leadership, and investing in the vision. - Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
