Role Description 1. Delay Analysis and expertise in preparation of extension of time claim with assistance of project managers 2. Experience and knowledge of contract provisions to identify claims from contracts like out of scope work claim, disruption claim, variation claims, Loss of profit claim, PV, prolongation cost claim. 3. Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts with business associate ensuring addressing our pain and learning 4. Manage and control record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation on cloud and train team for it. 5. Provide contract briefing, issue resolution and information to contract stakeholders 6. Dispute resolution ADR, Arbitration ,Claims, NIA 138 ,Civil Cases for contracts. 7. Good briefing and persuasion skills for pre dispute resolution 8. Updated on recent decisions on Contracts Business 9. Establish and maintain supplier / business associate /Client /Cross function stake holders relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters 10. Rigorous reader of contracts and with good interpretation skills 11. Knowledge of MS Projects, Claim drafting, Contract drafting.,
