Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Chemistry Professor to join the Department of Science and Humanity at JKKN College of Engineering and Technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing the college's vision of becoming a leading global innovator in the field of engineering and technology. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Chemistry Develop and maintain an active research program in Chemistry Mentor and advise students in the department Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the college to develop interdisciplinary programs and initiatives Participate in college-wide committees and initiatives Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental and college-wide policies and procedures Engage in professional development activities to remain current in the field Qualifications: PhD in Chemistry or a related field such as Materials Science, Biochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, or Physical Chemistry Record of excellence in teaching and research in Chemistry Strong commitment to student mentorship and advising Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive departmental culture Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of departmental and college-wide policies and procedures Eligible fields: Analytical Chemistry Biochemistry Inorganic Chemistry Organic Chemistry Physical Chemistry Materials Science Environmental Chemistry Theoretical Chemistry Polymer Chemistry Nanochemistry Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.,
