Vacancy for Qualified company secretary(Male candidate preferred) Company Name: Treasure Group Role: Assistant Company Secretary Experience : 0-1 year Salary : As per industry standards Location : Indore Key Responsibilities 1. Manage statutory filings and ensure compliance with ROC , SEBI , RBI and other regulatory requirements. 2. Oversee corporate compliances , including changes in company structure , management (directors , registered office, shareholding etc.) 3. Draft and review resolutions, notices ,agendas, minutes and other secretarial documents. 4.Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure timely filings. 5. Maintenance of documentation and record keeping. 6. Provide advisory services on IPOs , QIPs and related regulatory compliance , including knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations. 7. Stay updated to corporate laws. SEBI regulations and other related rules to ensure ongoing compliance.
