Supervision of research and thesis work. Participation in faculty development programs. Contribution to academic, clinical, and administrative duties as per college requirements. Engagement in research projects and publishing in indexed journals. Qualifications: M.D. / M.S. or equivalent in the respective specialty from a recognized university/institution. Teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level is preferred, in line with NMC requirements Clinical post graduates with work experience would be considered for Consultant positions. Age Limit: As per institutional norms. Preferred Skills Strong academic background with the ability to inspire and mentor students. Good knowledge and competency in Clinical work for relevant Departments. Research-oriented mindset with a focus on academic growth and innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
