    The Head of Offline Business is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance competitive advantage. This leadership role requires a strong strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create high-impact business alliances.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Partnership Development

    • Identify potential partners aligning with the company's goals and core values.
    • Develop alliances with healthcare professionals, wellness influencers, and health institutions to enhance brand credibility and market reach.
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Build and maintain high-value relationships to drive long-term business growth.
    • A mature thought process is a must, which will help identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships early in the game.

    Negotiation & Deal Structuring

    • Lead negotiations for partnerships and collaborations.
    • Define business terms, revenue models, and success metrics for each alliance.
    • Ensure contracts and agreements are structured to maximize mutual benefits.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Establish KPIs and success metrics for strategic alliances.
    • Track partnership performance and ROI through regular analysis and reporting.
    • Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business priorities.
    • Maintain a very good picture of all the strategic alliances and provide regular and meaningful reports to senior management.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, product development, customer care, and online business teams, to align partnerships with business objectives.
    • Keep abreast and work in perfect harmony with the Head of the Online Business, moving towards the common business objective.

    Market & Competitive Analysis

    • Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and business models that can enhance strategic alliances.
    • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Familiarity with emerging business models, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate alliances.
    • Proven track record of executing successful business partnerships.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
    • Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

    Preferred Background

    • Experience in industries such as hospitality, healthcare & wellness, and retail premium products.
    • Nice to have the knowledge of international markets and global partnerships.
