Job Description

Key Responsibilities Build a candidate talent pool of remote freelance/consultants across India Coordinate with the candidates on the entire evaluation process Coordinate with in-house and external evaluation partners to fast-track the evaluation process Optimise no-cost-low-cost channels for bulk hiring of freelancers Harness the digital networking platforms to reach out to the candidates and garner applications Ensure fulfillment of client requirements with TAT i.e. 3-5 days maximum Perks Exposure to the HR tech product building Work directly with the HR Head and very closely with the founders Cross-functional learning via frequent interaction with business, product and tech team Agile process optimization Building a product from 0 to 1 About Company: Thence is a product success company, bringing together practices spanning strategy, research, design, engineering, and data to achieve product goals and deliver business impact for organizations across the globe.
