Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role. Experience in driving learning programs, competency-based learning, and developing training plans Job Description Learning Program Management: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end process of learning initiatives, from needs analysis to program evaluation. Competency-Based Learning: Develop and implement competency-based learning programs that address key skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities. Collaborate with department heads to identify core competencies and integrate them into training programs.
