Role And Responsibilities Owns the regional product platform Pricing Understanding and commercialization of competitive pricing for the region Collaborate with client teams to standardize and automate rate cards, invoicing Governance Review and approve deals, products and pricing in the respective regional / global forums Ensure adherence of the pricing and product governance across all BD, client and country leads Development Develop market leading products in consultation with all functional business, risk, finance and legal senior managers Collaborate with cross functional and cross product teams to standardize and optimize product delivery Ownership of the operating model Tech and operations scale Ensure optimal use of technology to enable operations working with Country heads to ensure standardization Own and deliver client facing technology collaborating with global client teams Data and Digital End to end ownership and delivery of data and digital tech to deliver best-in-class client solutions Define and govern global operating model architecture leveraging data management and best digital technology Optimal delivery and execution Ensure ROIs with timely delivery. execution of product and operating model investment in line with global p&l goals Working with Global Product Head on all key product and P&L initiatives Regional Product and business leadership Leadership of Administration Solutions product Global P&L accountability- aligned with Topco goals Champions global insight, thought leadership across markets and industry Business development and commercial acumen Partners and enables technical business /client development with client, BD, country teams Applies global insight of product, pricing to help commercialize new business and products Education Bachelor's degree in either Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or related field. Experience Minimum 15 years" experience in Fund Administration. Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies, including input into pricing models is essential. Thorough understanding and experience within Alternative / UCITS and other Fund regimes Proven track record in client-facing roles, with strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional time management, organizational, communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills. Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools; experience with information management software preferred,
