The Role: As an Account Director, you will take charge of client leadership, campaign strategy, and business development. This is an opportunity to work with top-tier clients, build a strong media network, and drive the agencys growth through new business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring impactful communication strategies and campaign success. New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead pitches, and secure client partnerships. Strategic PR Execution Develop and implement high-impact PR strategies across industries. Team Leadership Mentor and lead a team of PR professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Crisis & Reputation Management Provide expert counsel on corporate reputation, brand positioning, and crisis communications.
