Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Sales and Marketing at Chandigarh location for one of the prestigious clients of Triaster Metaloplast Private Limited. The company is into manufacturing various products for defence, aerospace, railways and automobile industries. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities, developing strategies to increase sales, managing key accounts, coordinating marketing campaigns, and providing support to the sales team. Qualifications B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial / Material Science / Polymer engineering MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage but not mandatory Sales Strategy Development, Key Account Management, and Marketing Campaign Coordination skills 3-5 years of frontline sales and marketing experience in technical / manufacturing industries, especially defence, aerospace, railways, automobile, industrial equipment, capital goods etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of ERP Softwares is a plus,
