You support our team as ASSISTANT MANAGER PURCHASE Responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of all direct materials to the production line without line and flow disturbance. Managing inventory levels of supplies material via tradeoffs and balances to minimize inventory costs and space utilization. SAP MRP culture driven approach for effective and productive decisions in operational basis as well as for replenishment process. Supplier agreements, Negotiation on delivery, prices, MOU Qtys on operational basis. Participate in stock take activities as well as subcontractors materials/moulds reconcilation as per accounting need. To Study existing Purchase life cycle process and to propose best possible cycle for effective run of purchase function. Qualifications B.E. Mech/ Plastics Eng with MBA is preferable. Min 8 years job experience in purchase function preferably in consumer goods industries. Preferable to have Inventory management certification. Very good at Microsoft office productivity tools like Excel, word, power point, Outlook, one notes. Knowledge in SAP, SAP MRP.
