Review of day today work planning with Team members
Review of allocation of work, any urgent job request from clients, meeting clients deadlines/expectations
Monitor weekly status/Timesheets report to clients
Revenue & Resource planning on Monthly basis
Meeting Revenue/FTE & Growth targets as per KRA
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly team meetings, 1:1, skip level meetings to address team members issues/concerns
Encourage & motivates team to achieve/exceed their targets by nominating team members for R&R, conducting fun activities
with team
Managing & developing client relationship by driving process excellence and managing client expectations
Address client concerns/issues/escalations and work with team to ensure actions identified are implemented
and team excel in the client servicing to achieve higher client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for growing the account & revenue with existing clients, in addition by taking over new clients
Preparing/ Review of Weekly/Monthly, Internal /External MIS, Reports & ensure its rolled out on timely basis
Mentoring team members and ensuring that necessary steps are taken to ensure that they scale up in their performance
Suggest and implement process improvements to improve TAT, quality & efficiency.
Ensure all compliance are followed by him/her along with entire team.
