Job details

• Position: Supervisor - House Keeping
• Job location: Chennai (TN)
• Experience: 8+ years
• Shift: 9 AM - 6 PM (1 holiday per week)
• Salary: Up to Rs.35000/- CTC per month

Roles & responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met on daily basis
• Create daily/weekly schedules and assign tasks to the staff
• Provide orientation & training to newly hired staff
• Manage the housekeeping equipment inventory and keep track of issued items to the staff
• Prepare daily work report and submit to concerned person
• Recommend service improvements as and when required
• Keep the staff motivated to work effectively and efficiently

Desired candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years core experience of House Keeping Supervisor in 5-star hotel
• Decent personality & Excellent communication
• Well-versed with MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Physical stamina
• Immediate joiner
• Ready to relocate to Chennai
