This full-time position requires someone with a solid sales background and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage customers and drive sales. Ideal candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience in sales negotiation, with an ability to close deals effectively and efficiently (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) techniques to maintain and enhance client relationships. Experience with point of sale (POS) systems to manage transactions smoothly and accurately. Extensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients. Strong inventory management skills to ensure proper handling and storage of luxury goods. Knowledge of retail merchandising strategies to maximize sales and maintain showroom aesthetics. Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse clientele and team members professionally. Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer concerns swiftly and satisfactorily. Roles And Responsibilities Engage with customers entering the showroom and build strong, long-lasting relationships with them. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's reputation. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom environment to enhance the overall shopping experience. Track inventory levels and work closely with management to ensure adequate product availability. Utilize the POS system for efficient transaction processing and documentation. Implement and follow retail merchandising guidelines to optimize sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and complaints proactively, ensuring the best resolution for both the customer and the company.,
