Job Description
- Role: The PeopleSoft HCM Functional Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai/Gurgaon / Pune /KolkataHybrid Position Exp: 3 - 8 Years Requirements The PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant will play a key role in the implementation, upgrade, and support of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This position requires working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring the PeopleSoft HCM system to meet those needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows. Identify gaps and propose solutions to meet business needs. 2. System Configuration and Implementation: Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules, including: Core HR Benefits Time and Labor Talent Management Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of customizations. 3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for system functionality. Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity and performance. Identify and resolve issues and defects during testing phases. 4. Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system utilization. Develop training materials and user documentation. Assist with post-implementation support and troubleshooting. 5. Project Management: Participate in project planning and management activities. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and system configuration. Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementations, upgrades, and support. Ability to create functional specifications for customizations and enhancements. Proficiency in test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
