Job Description
We need curious, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our rapidly growing teams. The purpose of the role is to administer and monitor projects and (sub projects) such that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization are controlled and achieved, through ensuring that all projects adhere to the timelines and the team is connected to deliver the goals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the successful implementation of the management's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables
- Monitor Programme reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme.
- Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.
- Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed
- Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
- Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio.
- Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership.
- Execution and optimisation of finance & P&L reporting
- Executing product vision for in-house trade booking and operations systems as the product manager will be working closely with tech team
- To lead analytical reporting to support marketing
Skills & Experience :
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
- Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
- Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- P&L, process automation, expenses, finance projects managing back office , driving project, supporting marketing activities, statistical and analytics mindset, supporting tech team
- Good in basic scripting, basic maths, chain management, project management, problem solving capacity, purely into execution
Qualifications and Experience Required :
- Candidates with math / accounting /engg / mba background will be preferred .
- Able to multi-task as well as problem-solving mechanism.
- Basic scripting in R / python style languages would be a plus.
