ROLE:
- Managed employee lifecycle including performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, promotions, merit salary increment/fitment, rewards & recognition, succession planning, attrition/retention management.
- Creating high performing work environment through One-on-One or Focused Group Discussions, Open House, Skip Meetings, NMA (New Manager Assimilation)Program Designing & implementing local policies with respect to permanent residence and local contract conversion of expats; travel policy including remote working;
- Salary revision process for campus grads.
- Collaborated with Compensation & Benefits COE for revision of expat, campus grad, local hire salary grids. Attrition management during Post- Covid market turmoil via various interventions including identification of talent at-risk, performance linked bonuses, market competitive salary revision and career progression.
- Drove intervention to enhance employee experience via employee engagement surveys, FGD and collaboration with leadership in high attrition accounts.
