Job Description
- Develop and design motion graphics and animations for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertisements. Collaborate with executives and internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and editing plans for video projects. Edit and assemble high-quality video content from various sources (Event footage, interviews, B-roll) using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Integrate motion graphics elements (e.g., titles, animations, lower thirds) to enhance the visual storytelling and brand consistency. Utilize motion graphics skills to create engaging visuals (e.g., animated logos, infographics, dynamic typography, 3d rendering). Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and accessibility standards. Manage and prioritize multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing and production trends, including 3D rendered animation/CGI creation for digital ads. Animate character illustrations & vectors for explainer videos. Create micro animations for mobile apps, GIF's Stickers for online platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Video Editing & Motion Graphics in a related field. Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite(After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Audition), FCP & Blender. Knowledge of digital media design, including web design and social media content creation. Strong design skills and a solid understanding of design principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. A portfolio that demonstrates design and video editing skills.
