Job Description

 

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Ensure smooth && timely, Opening and Closing of the branch and proper placement and maintenance of the
  • Signages, Glow Sign Boards, Tran-lites && Standees etc
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Ensure the proper arrangements of the CoE/hostel in assigned branches.
  • Monitor the Vehicle Management of Owned/Outsourced && Per-day running && fuel consumptions.
  • Responsible for admin related vendor management and coordination with Government/utility service providers
  • Ensure availability of proper infrastructure, equipment && smooth functioning of housekeeping, pantry &&
  • security guard agency. Take periodic feedback on the services provided in the branch.
  • Monitor the Stock && Ensure proper distribution of Study Material, Stationary and other items at the branches.
  • Maintain all the utilities bills/ Stock In-out && Challan File at the branches.
  • Prepare Consolidated Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly && Annual Courseware, Student Kits, Received && Issuance
  • Report, Stock Report of the branches.
