Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Pre and Post Shipment Export documentation processes.
• Prepare and draft required export documents and coordinate with customers, banks, Customs House Agents (CHA), and forwarders for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary export regulations and standards.
• Support the smooth and timely execution of export shipments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Export/Import documentation and coordination.
• Strong understanding of pre and post-shipment export procedures.
• Excellent coordination skills with customers, banks, CHA, and forwarders.
• Any Graduate degree.
