Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. We are a steel detailing company that provides high-quality steel detailing services to steel fabricators in North America (USA and Canada). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate should have prior experience in an international voice process, specifically dealing with American clients.
The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential steel fabricators in North America (USA & Canada) to generate sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Communicate effectively with American and Canadian clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Must be available to take calls during US time zones
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers and close sales.
Maintain a thorough understanding of steel detailing services to present them effectively.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Keep records of customer interactions and track sales progress using CRM.
