- Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Angular and .NET Core to join our growing FinTech team. As a lead developer, you should be able to work independently and take ownership of core features and functionalities in our FinTech products . You will mentor junior team members and work closely with product and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the development of mission-critical modules and features in Angular and .NET Core applications. Take ownership of core business functionalities, ensuring their quality, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Analyze existing systems to identify areas of improvement and propose robust solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Ensure the successful deployment and integration of your work with existing systems. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of key application components. Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in both front-end and back-end systems. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Keep up to date with emerging trends in technology and contribute to technical discussions. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Angular and .NET Core Proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular modules (e.g., Router, Forms). Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and hands-on experience in designing and consuming them. Strong experience with SQL databases and Entity Framework Core. Solid grasp of front-end performance optimization techniques. Strong back-end development experience with C#, middleware, and server-side logic. Exposure to secure coding practices and handling sensitive data Reverse engineer, analyze and fix issue or add enhancements in existing codebases Ideal Candidate Profile: Has experience in leading and delivering end-to-end projects independently. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a track record of overcoming technical challenges. Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Thrives in an environment that demands innovation, precision, and accountability. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.,
