- PRT English Teacher The PRT English Teacher plays a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of students, fostering a love for literature and language while ensuring that foundational skills in English are firmly established. With a focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment, the PRT English Teacher is responsible for delivering effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons for primary school students. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Utilize educational technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Incorporate literature and creative writing exercises to cultivate a love for language. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement. Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects. Administer tests and evaluations to gauge student comprehension and subject mastery. Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated on best teaching practices. Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement discipline when necessary. Organize and participate in school events such as literary fairs and parent-teacher meetings. Provide individual support for students who require additional help with language skills. Encourage critical thinking and creativity through interactive and hands-on activities. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Education, or related field. Teaching certification for primary education. Proven experience as an English teacher or in a similar educational role. Strong knowledge of language arts curriculum and teaching methodologies.
