We are looking for a Civil Foreman who supervise and manages workers and oversees projects. They are responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
Planning: Develop work schedules that meet project goals and timelines
Managing resources: Ensure that staff, equipment, and materials are available and meet project needs
Ensuring safety: Ensure that workers use safety equipment and follow safety procedures
Communicating: Communicate with workers, clients, and contractors
Training: Train workers on safety gear and procedures
Monitoring: Monitor project progress and report to supervisors
Problem solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise on the job site
Recruiting: Recruit, hire, and train new workers
Managing budgets: Develop and manage project budgets
Maintaining records: Maintain health and safety records
