Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Department: All Location: KSA (Saudi Arabia) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications Job Summary We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join healthcare facilities across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and efficient treatment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes while adhering to the highest healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Assess, plan, and deliver patient care based on individual needs. Monitor patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment. Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide wound care, assist in procedures, and ensure patient comfort. Assist in the rehabilitation process and educate patients on health management. Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide information and updates on treatment progress. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure that all patient information is securely stored and complies with confidentiality guidelines and hospital policies. Emergency Response: Act promptly in emergency situations, providing basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as necessary. Coordinate with the emergency response team to manage critical situations. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to infection control standards and hospital protocols to ensure patient and staff safety. Ensure the proper handling and disposal of medical waste. Education & Training: Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medications, and preventive health practices. Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior nurses and healthcare assistants. Participate in shift planning, team meetings, and contribute to policy development. Qualifications Education: GNM & bachelors degree in nursing. Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license from the respective country or recognized body (e.g., DHA, HAAD, MOH, SCFHS, QCHP). Experience: Minimum of 0.6-3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting. Specialization or experience in areas such as ICU, ER, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Surgery, or Maternity is a plus. Skills: Excellent patient care and communication skills. Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR). Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
