Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and execute key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee retention strategies, engagement programs, and wellness initiatives. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation processes and ensure alignment with business objectives. HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR records, and update company policies as needed. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate employee training programs. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment. Key Requirements 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the education, consultancy, or service sector. Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software (experience with Keka is a plus).
