Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and Web Developer Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for imparting your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to aspiring designers and developers. This role requires a deep understanding of both graphic design principles and web development techniques, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and teach these concepts to students. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training sessions on graphic design and web development topics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Create engaging and interactive learning materials, exercises, and projects to facilitate hands-on learning experiences for students. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their learning goals. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and web development, and incorporate relevant updates into training curriculum. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Mentor and support students through their learning journey, offering assistance and encouragement as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a graphic designer and web developer with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training others in graphic design and web development concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Passion for education and helping others succeed, with a patient and supportive attitude towards students. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest tools, technologies, and techniques in graphic design and web development.
