    The Commercial Manager at RBM Infracon Limited will be responsible for overseeing the techno-commercial aspects of piping, structural work, workover, and drilling projects. This role involves business development, vendor & subcontractor management, cost control, SOP implementation, and team building to ensure project profitability and operational efficiency. The candidate must have a strong understanding of commercial negotiations, contracts, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Techno-Commercial Strategy & Execution: Drive techno-commercial operations for piping, structural, and drilling projects. Ensure alignment between technical execution and commercial objectives. Lead contract negotiations, risk assessments, and profitability analysis. Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Develop and manage vendor relationships for procurement and services. Evaluate and onboard subcontractors for efficient project execution. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to optimize costs. Project Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures. Work closely with finance teams for commercial reporting and audits. Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks. Develop strategies for market penetration in the oil & gas sector. Prepare bids, proposals, and tenders for securing new projects. SOPs & Process Optimization: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial functions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Improve internal workflows for efficiency and transparency. Team Leadership & Coordination: Build and mentor a strong commercial team for seamless operations. Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and finance teams. Conduct training sessions for team development in techno-commercial aspects. Project Monitoring & Progress Overview: Track project execution timelines and commercial milestones. Address financial and operational bottlenecks proactively. Provide regular reports on project health and commercial status. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in commercial management within the oil & gas sector. Strong knowledge of piping, structural work, workover, and drilling operations. Expertise in vendor development, subcontract management, and cost control. Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts, tenders, and proposals. Proficiency in SAP, ERP, and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills,
