This role offers the unique opportunity to be a CEO with equity ownership in the company. Must have some Knowledge about the game development industry. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-quality business strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives. Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing managerial team to advance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture. Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. Financial Oversight: Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing, to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary spokesperson for the company. Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation in recruitment solutions, staying abreast of industry trends to position AVEON Recruitment as a market leader. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably within the recruitment or human resources industry. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a clear vision. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. MSc/MA in business administration or a relevant field is preferred. Bonus Points For: Prior experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
