At Krishagni, we value performance and innovation and reward excellence generously. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration: Install and configure MySQL database servers. Set up and manage database replication, clustering, and partitioning. Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies. Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimise database performance, including query optimisation, indexing, and caching. Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks. Conduct regular database health checks and performance audits. Database Maintenance: Perform routine database maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and upgrades. Manage database storage, including capacity planning and storage optimisation. Ensure data integrity and consistency across databases. Security Management: Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access controls, encryption, and auditing. Monitor and respond to database security vulnerabilities and threats. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support for database-related issues, including on-call rotation. Diagnose and resolve database problems, including connectivity, performance, and data corruption issues. Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve database-related issues. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate and analyse database performance reports.
