Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily operations, administration, and marketing of our hospital. As COO, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, efficient hospital operations, and growth of the organization. Key Responsibility Oversee and streamline all day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring optimal performance across clinical and administrative departments. Continuously improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality patient experiences. Manage hospital budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation, ensuring operational costs are within budget. Supervise the HR department in terms of recruitment, staff management, and training to maintain a skilled workforce. Develop and execute the hospitals marketing strategy, enhancing its visibility and reputation in the healthcare community. Foster relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and local businesses to expand the hospitals client base. Work with senior leadership and the board to develop and implement long-term growth strategies. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new services and innovative practices to enhance the hospitals offerings. Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustainable growth. Champion hospital-wide quality initiatives to ensure high standards of care, safety, and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national healthcare regulations and accreditations.,
