Job Description
- 6 Months - Extendable CONTRACT 8 -12 years of experience as a Business Analyst Gurgaon Roles & Responsibilities: The business analyst would work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into clear development requirements. Act as a liaison between clients and development teams Facilitate seamless communications. Lead the requirement gathering sessions, review functional designs and analyse the business needs. Prepare and deliver comprehensive functional specifications based on thorough analysis of business requirements for bespoke client solutions. Functional Skills: Candidate should be good at conducting workshops and interviews, analyzing business requirements and managing stakeholders. Should be good at drafting Software Requirements Specification documents (FRS / BRDs) and writing user stories. Should be able to Should be good at product management, with the ability to contribute to product development roadmap and coordinate with presales team. Should be able to present and articulate product features, benefits, and overall solutions Good at identifying explicit and implicit features of a business requirement. Should be able to quickly understand complex requirements, break them down and have attention to details Should be able to manage scope, requirements, map features and set correct expectations & commitments for both the internal team and the client Must Have: Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent knowledge on CMS such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Drupal etc. Experience with analytics or reporting platform Minimum 3 years experience working in an agile collaborative working environments (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and JIRA Knowledge of marketing automation and customer data platforms and their role in enhancing customer experiences would be a plus Familiarity with data modelling, data mapping, and database concepts would be a plus Experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms. Experience on Sitecore / Acquia / Magento is preferred.,
