- Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Team Leader to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SEO Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the SEO strategy, overseeing the execution of SEO campaigns, and managing a team of SEO specialists to enhance our websites visibility and performance on search engines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing online content to drive organic traffic. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development: Lead the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for growth. Optimize website content and structure to enhance performance in organic search results. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of SEO specialists, ensuring they meet key performance targets and contribute to the overall SEO strategy. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and effectiveness. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to assess progress and provide feedback. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role managing an SEO team. Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic to websites. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
