Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - US Accounting at Bbetter HR Solutions located in Chandigarh. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team's day-to-day operations, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards. Additionally, the Team Leader will be involved in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth and success. Qualifications New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation skills Contract Negotiation and Account Management skills Experience in managing accounting teams and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus Key Responsibilities: -Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients and ensure client satisfaction. -Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IRS regulations in all accounting deliverables. -Provide training and guidance to team members on software tools such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), Xero, Sage, Bill.com, and Zoho Books. -Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, address queries, and Implement best practices.
