Job Description

Experience 8+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership or senior role. Skillset Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of at least 8-10 Years of successful experience in business development or sales in ITES organisation preferably in KPO/BPO. Involved in solution development and preparing RFP, RFQ with customer facing experience. Experience in data quality, analytics service industry is nice to have. Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends. International sales experience is added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Leadership and team management experience. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
