- Role Overview:As a Senior Project Manager at Golechha Housing & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your extensive experience in the construction industry, proficiency in computer software, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel will be essential in driving our projects to success. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and make informed decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates. Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and project milestones. Technology Utilization: Leverage your proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel to streamline project processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance project efficiency.
