Position Overview We are looking for a Project Manager who will play a crucial role in leading digital transformation initiatives for mid-sized enterprises. This role involves comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirement analysis, and overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery while leading the team from a PM perspective. Key Responsibilities Own and document the entire digital transformation process for mid-enterprise client. Conduct detailed requirement gathering and process analysis across multiple business units. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRD, SRS, workflows, and process diagrams. Define and document project scope, objectives, and key deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to align solutions with business goals. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements. Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks are addressed. Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders. Assist in ERP implementation strategies and ensure business continuity during transitions. Research industry trends and best practices to optimize digital transformation efforts. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role within software development, IT consulting, or ERP projects. Strong understanding of business process documentation, requirement gathering, and digital transformation strategies. Experience in leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Ability to create detailed documentation, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to breaking down complex business requirements. Proficiency in ClickUp, Jira, or other project management tools. Experience in Retail technology projects is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on involvement in project execution. Benefits Competitive salary.
