Rewards & Recognition Develop innovative programs to recognize high performers and enhance employee value propositions (EVP). Data Analytics Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to make informed, data-driven decisions. Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and global HR standards in rewards programs.
