- Head Total Rewards Location: Delhi | Industry: Pharmaceutical | Experience: 10+ years About the Role We are seeking a Head Total Rewards to develop and manage performance and reward strategies that align with our organizational goals. This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in compensation strategy, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, and employee development strategies. Performance Management Work closely with managers to drive performance, provide feedback mechanisms, and address underperformance effectively. Rewards & Recognition Develop innovative programs to recognize high performers and enhance employee value propositions (EVP). Data Analytics Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to make informed, data-driven decisions. Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and global HR standards in rewards programs. Employee Engagement Lead engagement initiatives, programs, and events to cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Change Management Stay updated on evolving HR trends and lead necessary transformations in reward strategies.
