The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders. This internship is ideal for graduates looking to kickstart their career and gain valuable insights into talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Use recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates. Maintain a database of candidates for current and future job openings. Required Skills: Full life cycle recruiting and hiring experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in conducting interviews. Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with industry recruiting tools and techniques. Qualifications: Essential: Graduate in any field. Preferred: MBA/PGPM/PGDM or currently pursuing a similar program.
