- About Me: I am the founder of an early-stage startup with a bold vision to revolutionize the product development lifecycle. The goal is to build an AI-powered tool that helps entrepreneurs and product managers design, plan, and prototype their ideas all before writing a single line of code. This tool will generate user flows, recommend tech stacks, design system architectures, and create product roadmaps, saving users time and money by providing them with a clear vision and actionable plan for development. I am looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join me as a co-founder on an equity-based partnership. The CTO will lead the full development of the product, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring that we create a solid technical foundation while scaling efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with me to define and refine the product vision and roadmap. Develop a clear technical strategy to achieve our product goals, aligning with the business objectives. Define the scope, features, and milestones for the AI-driven tool, ensuring it meets the needs of the market. Technology Development: Lead the development of the AI-powered platform, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and system architecture design. Design and implement core AI algorithms for user flow generation, tech stack recommendations, and architecture visualization. Build and maintain APIs for integration with design tools (Figma, InVision) and project management tools (Jira, Trello). Choose and implement cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for scalability and performance. Team Leadership: Help build and lead a team of developers (full-stack, AI/ML, backend, frontend) to bring the product vision to life. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Establish development workflows and best practices, ensuring high-quality and efficient development. Product Architecture: Design the overall system architecture for the platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Select the appropriate tech stack (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) based on user requirements and product goals. Develop algorithms for user flow generation and integrate them into the platform to automate product planning. Prototyping and User Testing: Oversee the integration of prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD) to generate interactive user flows and wireframes for product testing. Implement user feedback loops to continuously iterate and improve the product. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with me to ensure alignment on technical and business goals. Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and milestones to investors and stakeholders. Assist in fundraising efforts by articulating the technical vision and product roadmap to potential investors. Ownership & Equity: As a key member of the founding team, you will receive equity in the company. Play a central role in building and shaping the future of the company, with the potential for long-term leadership. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proven experience building AI-driven products, particularly in NLP, machine learning, or automation. Expertise in designing scalable systems and choosing the right technology stacks for web and mobile applications. Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps best practices. Proficiency in full-stack development: React/React Native, Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with design tool APIs (e.g., Figma, InVision) for prototyping and wireframe generation. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for building recommendation systems and other AI models. Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role, ideally at a startup or in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Strong team-building and leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing technical teams. Ability to make critical decisions regarding architecture, tech stack, and development processes. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think both technically and strategically, ensuring that the product meets market demands and business goals. Strong understanding of the entire product development cycle, from ideation to deployment. Experience working in an agile development environment and managing product roadmaps. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for startups and building innovative products from the ground up. Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to shape a product with high potential. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of the technical aspects of the business. Compensation: Equity-Based: As a co-founder and CTO, you will receive equity in the company.
