IndiaMART iOS App -

• 2 Lacs active users every month.
• IndiaMART is the largest B2B platform in India connecting buyers with suppliers. With 60% market share of the online B2B Classified space in India, the channel focuses on providing a platform to Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Large Enterprises as well as individuals.

How does the role look like -

The role offers responsibility for shaping IndiaMART Android App architecture to the next
level along with solving some unique challenges of the b2b domain -

• Development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end APIs.
• Capture user journey and user experiences for further enhancement of the platform, or the development of other applications.
• Ability to translate concepts into User Interfaces and build for scalability, internationalization and performance.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
• Freedom to choose the right approach for a solution.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• The role requires high responsiveness and development of long term solutions as an output.

Must Have -

• Minimum 3+ years experience in App Development in iOS using Swift.
• Develop Apps using core iOS components: SwiftUI, Cocoa Touch, Media Layer, Core Services, and Core OS.
• Should be proficient with the concepts of dependency injection, architectural and design patterns in android like MVC, MVVM etc
• Work with external data sources and APIs using REST, Alamofire, GraphQL
• Experience with SQLite & Realm database.
• Complete understanding of Push Messaging(APNS), Local Notifications, Background services.
• A deep familiarity with Swift and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with third-party libraries and API's.

Good to Have -

• Experience working with logging tools such as Crashlytics.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and best programming practices.
• Worked on a consumer(end user ) facing App
• Familiarity with tool like JIRA
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, trends, and emerging
• Developed App & published on App/Play Store
• Experience of CI/CD working is a plus

Key Responsibility Areas -

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Educational Qualification -

• B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science - 60% and above
• 10% and 12% - 80% and above
