Job Description:
Job Title : FP&A
Qualification : Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA 'OR' MBA in Finance
Experience :-
- Qualified : CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA - 6-10 years
- MBA in Finance : 8 -12 years
Shift : 1pm to 11pm
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner - 45 days
Location : Bangalore/ Pune
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and trend analysis. Generate insightful financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management. Analyse financial data to identify areas for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
2) Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop detailed budget plans. Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and business insights. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for improvement. Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision- making.
3) Strategic Planning and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and guidance for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and potential acquisitions. Collaborate with business partners to evaluate the financial feasibility and impact of proposed projects. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential outcomes of different business strategies. Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the financial success of the organization.
4) Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities. Implement best practices and standardized financial procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools to facilitate financial analysis and reporting. Liaise with accounting, treasury, and other finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial information. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial planning and analysis.
Mandatory Skills
- Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA 'OR' MBA in Finance
- Years of experience
- Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA - 6-10 years
- MBA in Finance - 8 -12 years
- Excellent in communication skills
- Maturity to handle regional and global stakeholders across the hierarchy.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Power BI, Advanced Excel-Macro, Power query, power pivot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
