Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Cash Application: Apply payments to customer accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct invoices or outstanding balances are properly credited.

• Reconcile discrepancies between payments received and outstanding invoices, and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.

• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile cash receipts with bank deposits and statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Investigate and resolve variances, taking appropriate actions to correct errors and maintain accurate financial records.

• Bank reconciliation

• Debtors Ageing Analysis & Overdue follow up from customers.

• Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure adherence to established accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Semi Qualified CA/CWA/CPA/ CMA
• Work Experience in years: Above 4 years
• Target industry/function: Medical/Pharma/ FMCG/Commercial
• Specific Technical skills:
• Should have good knowledge of Excel
• Experience of an ERP is preferable. (SAP knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Any special considerations:
• Should be able to adapt to changes and work proactively.
• Should be able to effectively coordinate amongst cross-functional teams.
• Should be a good team player.
