Job Description

Who we are- At Micro Tech India Products, we manufacture press components and insert molded parts. We develop the tools required for this in house and conduct regular maintenance for them periodically. Components produced are electrical terminals, housings, contacts etc. through stage and progressive tooling. We are having 2 units in Bangalore, and the third one is opening shortly. What we are looking for- A professional in the tool room field, having 10+ years of experience in press tools of various kinds. Technical management of the toolmaking staff and dispense of tasks to the toolmakers. Overall Management of the toolrooms and the documentation of work carried out. Troubleshooting the various problems arising in progressive tools, and guiding the designers and toolmakers to ensure quality and continuous productivity. Responsible for the documentation of the work carried out and reporting the overall activities on a daily basis. Sound CAD knowledge and the ability to design and maintain press tools. VISI CAD knowledge is recommended but 2D AutoCAD knowledge is a must.
