Deputy Manager - O&M Job in Adani Power

Job Description

Responsibilities Assuming the role of a shift engineer, overseeing and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts Conducting end-to-end mechanical maintenance of Boiler Rotary and Pressure Parts in the Thermal Power Plant Performing regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive maintenance measures to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity Collaborating with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner Participating in the planning and execution of scheduled maintenance activities, shutdowns, and overhauls Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Maintaining accurate maintenance records, generating reports, and documenting all maintenance activities Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members Qualifications Qualifications- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in the Thermal Power Plant industry,
